1. New Directive regarding VAT claim in EU countries From the 1st of January 2010 Directive 2008/9/EC has come into force in 27 European Union countries. 2. Change of EU rules since 1st January 2010 regarding place of supply of services. From the 1st of January 2010 Directive 2006/112/EC has been changed by Directive 2008/8/EC.

- INTERTAX AUDIT bases and relies on the information and assumptions provided by a client. INTERTAX AUDIT shall hold no liability if any damage occurs as a result of the fact that information provided to us by a client were not accurate or incomplete, or inauthentic
- INTERTAX AUDIT declares to hold confidential all information obtained in course of providing services to a client according to the Letter of Engagement
- Opinions prepared by INTERTAX AUDIT are drafted on the base of the applicable, valid law
- All services, advice and opinions provided by INTERTAX AUDIT are for exclusive internal use of a client and they are applicable only to that client
- Remuneration for the services will be established according to Engagement Letter
- INTERTAX AUDIT shall hold liability for any of its intentional acts or omissions that would cause damage to a client.
- Any of the rights or obligations resulting from the Engagement Letter can be assigned, transferred or delegated without a prior written consent of the other party, however, there are some exceptions
- Engagement Letter and General Terms and Conditions are governed by the Polish law
